Mods and the official modder

I looked for a Workshop checkbox and did not find a confirmation. What I did find is the developer’s own tool page, Anomalous Coffee Modder, with a GUI for words, dialogue, forms, cup art, and triggers.

What the tool documents

The official tool and tutorial are for ACM1. Put assets next to the tool, choose a lowercase mod name without spaces, add a word and dialogue, create cup art, then add a form and triggers. The tutorial uses mermaid → mermaidgirl as a custom mod, not a base-game unlock.

Word inputs may be sentences and may contain spaces; the tutorial recommends lowercase. Avoid spaces and special characters in internal form and mod names. Synonyms normalize to the main word. Current Cup, Current Form and Previous Cup can trigger events; the tool's consecutive-count option was not available when documented.

Create the mod pack only after adding idle/talk assets and event visuals. Do not rename the mod after packing: the tutorial warns this can break asset paths. Its mermaid_mod.pck demo can be loaded in the base game. Publish your own mod on itch as a game mod and share it in the developer's modding channel.

Unlock-all mods

Searchers want an “unlock all” mod. The console strings on the codes page are the closest sourced mechanism, and they are untested by me. I will not link a random dll.

Questions

Is the modder free?

Read the itch page for the current price. I am not quoting a figure I did not recheck on that specific tool page.

Can I publish a mod on Steam?

The developer has asked about Workshop. I have not seen a yes.
